Grayline's FB80-BR-PVC hose combines an open mesh polyester braid encapsulated by clear flexible PVC. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration sanctions all ingredients in this product for use in food contact applications. The clear PVC compound offers visual clarity, though braiding reduces visibility, particularly in high-pressure wall configurations. The hose features outstanding flow characteristics due to its smooth interior diameter, and exhibits resistance to corrosion and abrasion. FB80-BR-PVC demonstrates higher pressure capabilities and remains largely unaffected by most oxidizing and reducing agents. Custom fabrication options, including ribbed outer diameters for enhanced flexibility and abrasion resistance, are available upon request.
