Grayline MD70-BR-SIL is a polyester braid reinforced, peroxide-cured flexible tubing designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. This medical-grade silicone hose withstands low-pressure steam sterilization in-line and autoclaving up to 250°F during normal cycles. The tubing maintains its integrity for multiple sterilizations but requires replacement after prolonged exposure to high temperatures or pressures due to material relaxation. MD70-BR-SIL is engineered for food contact applications, featuring an odorless, tasteless, and inert composition made from 100% FDA-sanctioned ingredients. Its smooth bore and non-adherent surface facilitate easy cleaning and system purging. Manufactured under controlled conditions following good manufacturing procedures. This tubing is suitable for increased pressure environments. When selecting fittings, clamps, and barbed connectors, caution is advised to prevent tears. Platinum-cured hose also available.
