Grayline FEP-COR tubing is constructed from FDA-approved, semi-rigid fluoropolymer resin in a natural color. This product maintains the chemical and electrical properties of straight-walled FEP tubing while offering enhanced flexibility. The tubing features cuffs designed to accommodate standard barbed fittings and can be flared or expanded for shrink-tight connections. FEP-COR's design allows for extension or compression without altering the internal diameter. Due to its manufacturing environment, sterilization is advised for clean-flow applications. The annular corrugations may retain some particulate matter; optimal cleaning is achieved by stretching the tube to maximum length and orienting it vertically with downward flow. For applications requiring higher pressure resistance, FEP-COR is available with Kevlar overbraiding in sizes 1/4" to 7/8", increasing pressure tolerance by a minimum of six times the listed pressures.
